Sometimes the work needs its own world to live in. We draw it from scratch.
Most brands decorate with the same stock, the same fonts, the same photography everyone else in the category already used. It's fine. It's also invisible. We build custom, made from nothing but the brand in front of us, so the work looks like it couldn't have come from anyone else.
Custom illustration, custom type, a graphic language drawn for one brand and no other. It takes longer and it's worth it, because nobody can copy their way to a thing that didn't exist before you made it. The stock library is available to your competitors too.
The best brands feel like a place you can walk into. We build past the mark into the full world around it, the characters, the patterns, the details in the corners, so there's always more to find the longer someone looks.
People can't always name why one brand feels richer than another, but they feel it. It's in the linework, the finish, the fact that somebody clearly gave a damn. We sweat that, because it's the difference between looking expensive and looking phoned in.
