Brand Strategy
Before anything gets designed, we begin to define what the work actually stands for. Strategy is where the foundation takes shape. Positioning, audience, voice, and the idea at the center of it all. When the thinking is right, the creative work stops feeling decorative and starts carrying real weight.
Every category has a script everybody follows. We find the thing nobody in your space is brave enough to say, then build the position there. The goal isn't to be different for sport. It's to own ground the competition can't take back.
Most brands talk to a customer who doesn't exist. We dig into who's really reaching for it and what they're actually worried about, usually something nobody in the boardroom is saying out loud. The best strategy tends to hide in that gap.
Name, tagline, the central idea. The stuff that decides everything downstream and can't be fixed later with a nicer layout. We make those calls early, on purpose, because the first one has to count.
