Merchandising
Nobody wears a shirt they don't believe in. That makes merch the rare brand moment somebody volunteers for.
Most merch is an afterthought, a logo dropped on a blank and ordered by the case. We treat it like what it actually is: a piece of the brand that someone chooses to put on their body and walk around in. And because we run our own print shop, we take it from the first sketch to the finished piece without it passing through hands that don't care.
The test for good merch is whether someone would wear it if you covered the name. We design pieces people want for their own sake, so the brand rides along on something they actually like instead of a walking ad nobody asked to be.
Merch built from the same world as everything else looks intentional, not like swag from the bottom of a drawer. We pull from the brand's own illustration and language, so a shirt or a hat feels like the brand, not a giveaway with its logo on it.
A great design dies at a bad print. So we don't hand yours to a stranger. Merch runs through Cast Iron Print Works, our own shop, where the same people who obsess over the brand obsess over the ink. Design and production under one roof means what shows up in the box is exactly what you signed off on, and nothing got lost on the way there.
