No Shave November is a nationally recognized cancer awareness and fundraising campaign. Fried Design Company led a complete rebrand to unify and modernize the organization’s visual identity.

The Challenge

Despite strong name recognition, the brand had become visually inconsistent and dated—making it harder to stand out during a crowded giving season and harder for participants to rally around a cohesive, shareable identity.

The Solution

We rebuilt No Shave November as a bold, expressive brand system designed to drive participation. Hand-drawn illustration, character-driven iconography, expressive typography, and high-impact color strike a balance between humor and gravity—creating a look people actually want to wear, share, and support, while reinforcing the seriousness of the mission.
